ANTI-BULLYING AND SELF DEFENCE THROUGH JIU JITSU FOR KIDS At our full day camp, we take a holistic approach to children's personal and physical development. Over the course of the day, we'll combine the basic non-strike principles of the martial art of Jiu Jitsu and physical fitness with mental discipline, self-esteem and community building, allyship, and critical thinking. Jiu Jitsu, crafts, journalling and reflection, games, team activities, meditation, and more!
