25% off upcoming March and Summer Break camps with code EARLYBIRD! Anti-Bullying Jiu Jitsu Training for Kids (Grades 3-7) We bring after school programming right to your children! Students will be met by our coach at school and walked to St. Catherine's Church gymnasium where they will take part in an hour and a half class, which includes a snack break, and can then be picked up at St. Catherine's at 5:00pm. We take a holistic approach to children's personal and physical development. Over the course of the program, we combine the basic non-strike principles of the martial art of Jiu Jitsu with mental discipline, self-esteem and community building, allyship, and critical thinking.
