ANTI-BULLYING AND SELF DEFENCE THROUGH JIU JITSU FOR KIDS **HAVE TWO KIDS? Over the course of the day, we'll combine the basic non-strike principles of the martial art of Jiu Jitsu and physical fitness with mental discipline, self-esteem and community building, allyship, and critical thinking.
