Service Description

Anti-Bullying Jiu Jitsu Training for Kids (Grades 3-7) We bring after school programming right to your children! Students will be met by our coach at school and walked to St. Catherine's Church gymnasium where they will take part in a two hour class, which includes a snack break, and can then be picked up at St. Catherine's at 5:00pm. We take a holistic approach to children's personal and physical development. Over the course of the program, we combine the basic non-strike principles of the martial art of Jiu Jitsu with mental discipline, self-esteem and community building, allyship, and critical thinking. Fridays 3:00PM - 5:00PM *Excluding Pro-D Days
